By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Mom Has to Poop is based in Canada and currently only ships to Canada. As a Small Supplier, we are currently below the threshold to collect HST/GST but this status is subject to change without notice. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.  We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of any of our products.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. Bulk orders for the purpose of resale must be negotiated with Alexandra Kasper directly and agreed upon in writing prior to the purchase of the products intended for resale.

All content on our site, including all images and photos, and physical products available through our site are protected by Canadian copyright law and may not be reproduced, remixed, or otherwise used by others without explicit written permission.

Our physical products (e.g. books) have not undergone testing nor are expected to meet standards for baby toys, and as such are NOT A TOY. Babies and children should be supervised at all times while around our products. In no case shall Mom Has to Poop be liable for any injury, loss, or claim resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Further, we do not provide professional parenting or medical advice; all decisions regarding the care of children or postpartum women should be in consultation with a health care provider.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
